Shop Zetu is a multi-brand platform that carries products from amazing African brands; from clothes, beauty, accessories, jewelry - you name it.

In the long run we hope that Shop Zetu will be a one stop shop where our clients can find products for everyone, Kids, Women, Men, Teenagers and perhaps even some bespoke collections from some of our partners.

Currently, Shop Zetu holds 11 brands as we continue to grow. We currently host: Vivowoman, Zetu, Kipato Unbranded, Pauline Cosmetics, I Am Lipsticks, Ajani Handmade, Guo Studio, Nywele Chronicles, Kidosho Apparel, Shkwela and My Soul Tonic.

ABOUT ZETU

Officially launched on the 18^th of December 2019, Zetu is Vivo Woman’s sister brand that aims to produce trendy and simple basics for women and men with a younger sense of fashion and style, following international and local trends. Unlike Vivo that was created purely to cater to the female market, Zetu is a unisex brand that will carry items that cater to a more youthful, fun, hip and trendy set of clients.

1. How do I order?

Ordering from shopzetu.com is easy. See something you want? Choose your size, color, or print and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on “view cart” to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you’re finished shopping, click on the “checkout” button, where you’ll fill out your billing and shipping information.

2. How do I know what size to choose?

Please refer to our detailed size guide for guidance. We compare EUR, UK and US sizing including bust, hip and waist size. A size guide is also available on each and every product description page.

3. Can I return an item after purchase? Return Policy

Oh yes you can! 😄
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything you’re not completely happy with within 15 days of the date of purchase. Items must be accompanied by original receipt, and date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Merchandise must either be defective, or in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Customer identification may be required.

4. Can I amend my order?

Yes!
We encourage you to make any changes within 12 hours of placing your order. This includes changing the delivery or payment option.

5. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs within Nairobi will be charged at Ksh. 300/= for next day delivery and 500/= for same day delivery. Delivery to areas outside Nairobi will be charged 500/=

6. Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Shop Zetu is more than happy to deliver products to its customer’s doorsteps anywhere in Kenya. 🛵🛍️

7. When will I get my product once I place my order?

Next day delivery within Nairobi: Ksh 300/- (24 - 48 hrs after placing an order). Outside Nairobi deliveries: Kshs 300/- (48 - 72 hrs after placing an order).
Outside Kenya deliveries: Custom FEE as charged by the logistics partner. 🛬

8.Do you have an office address?

Yes, we do. Our office is located on Baba Dogo Road, Spectrum Business Park, go down 37,46, 47 & 48.

9. Can I pick my items instead of having it delivered?

10. My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

If your order has taken longer than the expected time-frame to arrive, please contact the customer care team on 0705 408 426. We will be happy to assist you.

11.What are payment options?

We accept payment via Mpesa Buy Goods Paybill Number : 127502 Visa and MasterCard.

12. Do you have a physical store?

Shop Zetu is primarily an online platform which will also acts as a marketplace for complimentary local brands.
